Peanut Butter & Hazelnut Cookies
Peanut Butter and Hazelnut cookies
Makes 12
75g Plain Flour - you can use Gluten Free, Oat or Nut flour as you like
50g light brown sugar
25g icing sugar
1/2 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt
1 small egg
60g soft butter
100g Peanut Butter
2tbsp Chopped Hazelnuts
Add everything to a bowl EXCEPT for the chopped hazlenuts and mix well until smooth.
Stir in the hazlenuts
Place heaped tsp of the mixture onto lined baking trays, They will spread so leave room.
Bake at 180C for 12 -15 minutes and let them cool on the tray .
Store in an airtight tin.
