I have studied and trained as a Health and Wellness Coach and Stress Management practitioner. I have completed the American College of Lifestyle Medicine for coaches and attended courses in Lifestyle Medicine in Harvard. Having worked in a demanding corporate job for over 20 years, I have literally seen it all and I understand the challenges of trying to get a decent work life balance, how stress can strike and how to find the time for your own health & well being.
