A Weekly Workout Programme

If you have your own home gym set up or like to work out in a gym using a program designed by Dominic then our Weekly Way Workouts group is for you. We provide you with a set of weekly workouts for 6 days a week which give you the optimal combination of mobility, strength and conditioning work.

You get access to a private Facebook group moderated by Dominic in which you can post your questions, upload your videos if you have any technique questions as well as access to a comprehensive library of how to perform the movements in the programme.
