Prune Power Balls
This are an easy no fuss treat. Prunes are a delicious under appreciated fruit in my opinion. I use them a lot and they are amazing with dark chocolate and the recipe is so easy to make. You could sub the almond flour for some oats or swaypout about 30g of it for protein powder if you really needed to get your protein intake up.
Prune Power Balls
125g Prunes
2 heaped tbsp Cacao
140g Ground almonds
15g coca butter
50gr good quality dark chocolate chips
Blend everything, scraping down between blends
Form into 16 balls, place onto parchment paper
Store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to a week
Can be frozen
You could also substitute some of the ground almonds for protein powder if you wished to.
