Oven at 170c
250g each of blackberries and blueberries
1 lime
165g oats
25g dessicated coconut
25g slivered almonds
30g butter
50g brown sugar
Add the berries to an oven proof dish and zest the lime over them, Add the juice and 1tsp of the sugar and mix well.
Add everything else to a food processor and blitz until it resembles crumbs, Toss over the fruit and bake for 35minutes.
Serve warm with your choice of cream or ice-cream.
