Most of us, if asked what being well meant, would include feeling happy, coping in times of stress, having good sleep, eating well and getting regular exercise, it might even include losing bit of weight. When these are good, all else follows. We feel able for life, we are more confident, we can do the things we love, we are able for the challenges life can throw at us, we can excel at our jobs, we sleep better. But what happens when these aren’t going so well and what are some good strategies for getting them back on track again?
