Mobility- The forgotten cornerstone of fitness

The top priority for everyone, and our foundation of fitness, is to be mobile. This means how well you move about, doing basic everyday activities pain free and demonstrating passable levels of both stability and flexibility.

Stronger and more flexible muscles will make short work of any activity than smaller, tighter and weaker muscles. You wouldn’t drive your car with the handbrake on all the time but that is exactly what you are doing when you exercise or even go about your day when your muscles are tight.

All our classes and instruction will focus on mobility as a cornerstone of your fitness.
