Chocolate Muesli Bars
I keep buying bags of muesli and then forgetting to eat it - this will not happen with these delicious bites. You barely need a recipe as I just melted a load of chocolate and kept stirring the muesli in until it was covered and there was no visible runny chocolate left.
Store in the fridge between bites.
I cup chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups of muesli of choice
Melt the chocolate, stir in the muesli and tip into a parchment lined tin.
Press flat with an offset palette knife or back of a spoon and put it into the fridge until it sets.
Remove and cut into 2” squares. Store in the fridge.
