Cauliflower Gratin

I oven roased a chicken breast to go with this and it was absolutely delicious. You could also just add a fried egg on top if you are in a hurry.

Cauliflower Gratin - serves 6 as a side.

1 small/medium head of cauliflower, trimmed and cut into bite size pieces

1 tsp celery salt

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp pepper

2 cooked red peppers (from a jar) chopped

150ml mascarpone

50 ml cream

1 tsp chopped garlic

1tsp chopped chilies

Add the cauliflower to a bowl and season with the salt, paprika and pepper and mix well.

In a separate bowl mix the mascarpone, cream, garlic, red peppers and chili until loose. Tip in the cauliflower and mix well until the cauli and cream are mixed together.

Tip the whole lot into a greased oven dish and bake for 30 mins until golden and bubbling. This can also be reheated if you have leftovers.
