Italian Style Turkey Meatballs
Delicious lean high protein meat and these meatballs are full of flavor and really easy, I let the oven do all the work so no frying off first.
Makes 9
400g turkey mince
1/3 cup of panko crumbs
2tbso grated parmesan
1tsp of italian seasoning
1tsp salt
1 cooked red pepper diced
Add everything to a bowl and mix well- I find my hand to be the easiest option. Form into 9 meatballs, approx the size of a golf ball.
Spread out on a flat tray and drizzle with a little oil and toss to coat.
Cook until done - about 20min but check internal temp is 74Deg
Serve with some pasta or gnocchi and tomato sauce
