Our live Zoom training offer the perfect safe way to work out while getting the social group aspect of working out.
Class Times:
Monday - Friday 7am / Saturday at 9am
We will send you the class link so please download the Zoom app in advance of the class.
What’s Included:
Membership of our fitness community.
We send out the workout afterwards if you want to exercise at a different time.
A Q&A afterwards will answer any health food or fitness questions you have.
FAQ
How long is the class? 45 mins
What does it cover? We do a combination of strength, conditioning and flexibility work so you get all the essentials covered in one workout.
What will I need? – you will need a mat, a band, a foam roll and ideally a few weights. If you are starting out, the band and your bodyweight will be enough initially but overtime you will need a kettlebell and a set of dumb-bells. You might also need a chair or a bench but we tell you on the day.
What level is it aimed at? This workout is suitable for all levels. We show you how to tailor the session if you are a complete beginner or if you are more experienced, how to make it more challenging for you. Dominic has over 20 years of experience working with people and brings that to all the workouts.
