This program has been specially designed by Dominic Munnelly and will enable you to develop skills and strength to achieve Handstands, better Pull Ups and Muscle Ups.

This program contains 2 days per week gymnastics training program. Each day contains a warm up, a set of movements plus recommended mobility work. Each of the moves are linked to the appropriate video explaining how to do the movement.
